Guided Breathing & Savasana

Lie down in Savasana on a mat or firm bed, cover yourself lightly, and let the voice guide the breath. Use headphones if you can. Do not listen while driving.

Meditation & relaxation poses

Savasana

Corpse pose — complete conscious relaxation, the base for the guided audio below.

Sukhasana

Easy cross-legged seat; use a folded blanket to lift the hips.

Padmasana / Ardha Padmasana

Lotus or half-lotus for steady, long sitting — only if the knees are comfortable.

Vajrasana

Thunderbolt seat, gentle on the lower back and good after meals.

Siddhasana

Classical meditation seat for pranayama and japa.
