Yoga Teacher Training & Therapy Certification

In-depth training drawing on 28 years of teaching — classical Hatha, Ashtanga foundations, Iyengar alignment with props, Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, anatomy & physiology, Ayurvedic principles, mudra & bandha, shatkarma (kriyas), yoga nidra, and therapeutic application for common conditions. Suitable for sincere practitioners who want to teach or deepen personal sadhana.

Pranic Healing & Subtle-Body Workshops

Introductory sessions on the pancha kosha model, chakra balancing, pranic cleansing, and the overlap between yoga, Ayurveda and alternate sciences. Practical, grounded, and rooted in tradition — not mystical theatre.
